Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead planning and execution of strategic sales programs for multiple products. You will gather market data, forecast demand, craft innovative sales strategies, and build a high-performing team, ensuring timely implementation of plans and attainment of targets.

• Undertakes sales planning based on thorough study of the company business environment.
• Gathers and analyzes environmental data.
• Prepares sales forecasts using various techniques.
• Formulates creative and innovative sales strategies.
• Prepares challenging but doable Sales Plan for various products.
• Ensures proper and timely implementation of the Sales Plans by all concerned and attainment of the divisions sales targets.
• Oversees the efficient management of work processes to facilitate attainment of sales targets.
• Works closely with the Marketing Unit for sales marketing requirements and coordinates with other units for the division's needs.
• Facilitates development of a cohesive and high performing Sales Team
