Job summary

Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative is seeking a seasoned senior multi-unit leader to drive restaurant performance across Visayas and Luzon. Oversee multiple locations, optimize P&L, food and labor costs, inventory, and budgeting while upholding guest service standards.

Travel is required; relocation to Iloilo is preferred. This role demands strategic leadership and the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in restaurant or F&B operations with multi-location management.
• 3–5 years in a senior multi-unit leadership role (GM, Regional/Area Ops).
• Experience in casual and fine dining; P&L, sales, food cost, labor, inventory, budgeting.
• Strong multi-branch operations background; experience leading Restaurant/Area Managers.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
• Deep understanding of guest service, operating standards, food safety, and QA.
• Willing to travel across Visayas and to Luzon; relocation to Iloilo preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Preferably 5years of progressive experience in restaurant or F&B operations, with significant experience managing multiple locations.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior multi-unit leadership role, such as:

  • General Manager

  • Regional Operations Manager

  • Area Operations Manager

  • Equivalent senior leadership position

• Strong experience in casual dining, fine dining, or preferably both.

• Proven experience managing P&L, sales, food cost, labor cost, inventory, budgeting, and profitability.

• Strong background in multi-branch operations and managing Restaurant Managers or Area Managers.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

• Strong understanding of guest service, restaurant operating standards, food safety, and quality assurance.

• Commercially driven and capable of translating operational data into actionable strategies.

• Willing and able to travel frequently across the Visayas and occasionally to Luzon.

• Preferably based in Iloilo or willing to relocate to Iloilo.
