Job summary

CM & SONS FOOD PRODUCTS INC. (Merzci) is seeking a Branch Manager for the Iloilo Panay area to lead operations across multiple branches.

You will drive customer satisfaction, oversee store performance, and coordinate field activities to ensure profitability and standards compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of multi-branch management experience, and strong leadership and negotiation skills to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proven track record in managing multiple branches.
• Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to guarantee customers' needs are met.
• Must be knowledgeable on basic store operations and with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to standards, sales and profitability.
• Possess strong organizational and leadership skills, can lead and motivate a team.
• Has effective negotiation skills and has the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment.
• With valid driver's license is preferred.
• Must be flexible to travel and do field work.
