Job summary

Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative seeks a senior multi-unit operations leader for restaurant and F&B operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include P&L, sales, food and labor cost control, budgeting, inventory, and profitability. Travel across Visayas, with occasional Luzon, and based in Iloilo or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in restaurant or F&B operations with multi-location oversight.
• 3–5 years in a senior multi-unit leadership role such as General Manager, Regional Operations Manager, or Area Operations Manager.
• Experience in casual dining, fine dining, or both.
• Experience managing P&L, sales, food cost, labor cost, inventory, budgeting, and profitability.
• Background in multi-branch operations and leading Restaurant/Area Managers.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and people-management skills.
• Strong understanding of guest service, operating standards, food safety, and quality assurance.
• Commercially driven with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Willingness to travel across Visayas and occasionally to Luzon.
• Preferably based in Iloilo or willing to relocate there.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Preferably 8–10+ years of progressive experience in restaurant or F&B operations, with significant experience managing multiple locations.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior multi-unit leadership role, such as:

  • General Manager

  • Regional Operations Manager

  • Area Operations Manager

  • Equivalent senior leadership position

• Strong experience in casual dining, fine dining, or preferably both.

• Proven experience managing P&L, sales, food cost, labor cost, inventory, budgeting, and profitability.

• Strong background in multi-branch operations and managing Restaurant Managers or Area Managers.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

• Strong understanding of guest service, restaurant operating standards, food safety, and quality assurance.

• Commercially driven and capable of translating operational data into actionable strategies.

• Willing and able to travel frequently across the Visayas and occasionally to Luzon.

• Preferably based in Iloilo or willing to relocate to Iloilo.
