Job summary

Doxo Ingredients, Inc. in Meycauayan, Bulacan seeks an experienced Operations Leader to drive the overall performance of the cold storage facility. You will develop strategies to increase revenue, occupancy, and profitability while leading client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in General Management, Operations, Business Development, or P&L Management.
• Experience in cold storage, warehousing, logistics, food manufacturing, or related industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and make business decisions independently.
• Knowledge of NMIS, BFAR, and BPI requirements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall business performance and profitability of the cold storage facility.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, facility occupancy, and profitability.
• Lead efforts to acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Actively monitor pricing movements and ensure proper and timely rate realization.
• Manage operating costs and ensure efficient use of company resources.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and business targets.
• Review business and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the Operations and Technical teams to ensure efficient facility operations.
• Ensure the facility meets NMIS, BFAR, and BPI regulations, permits, and accreditation requirements.
• Address operational, financial, and compliance issues promptly.
• Lead and manage employees, set performance expectations, and ensure accountability.
• Provide regular business performance updates and recommendations to Management.
