Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a General Ledger Analyst to handle journal processing, month-end close, and reconciliations. The role is on-site in Parañaque, Philippines, with a midshift preference (2 PM – 11 PM) and flexibility for other shifts.

Candidate should have at least two years in GL accounting, preferably in shared services, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Experience in gaming, payments, or fintech environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology or BS Accountancy required.
• Willing to work shifts; midshift preference stated (2 PM – 11 PM).
• Preferable with branch accounting or multi-entity GL experience.
• At least 2 years of GL accounting, finance operations, or transactional finance.
• Experience with journal processing, month-end close, and reconciliations.
• Exposure to ERP systems and strong Excel data skills.

• Oversee journal processing and month-end close activities.
• Assist in general ledger accounting, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Support financial operations within a shared services setup.
• Utilize ERP systems for journal entries and data manipulation in Excel.

Specific Position-Title of this post is : General Ledger Analyst

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Technology & BS Accountancy or related course
• Willing to work on any shift assigned / shifting schedule especially Midshift schedule: 2PM - 11PM (as we are still verifying the details; but we prefer candidates who can work on any shift/shifting especially Midshift)
• Preferable with branch accounting or multi-entity GL experience.
• Willing to work on site in Aseana,Paranaque
• At least 2 years experiencce in GL accounting, finance operations, or a transactional finance role preferably within a Shared Service Centre or Finance department.
• Journal Processing, Month End Close, Account Reconciliation
• Understanding of general ledger accounting, accruals, and reconciliations from study or experience.
• Exposure to ERP systems for journal entry preferred.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data validation).
• Experience in a gaming, payments, or fintech environment preferred
