Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is recruiting a Fixed Asset Analyst for a hybrid role in the Philippines. The position requires 2+ years of hands-on fixed asset processing, accounting reconciliations, and month-end closing within a shared services or finance environment.

Familiarity with IFRS 16 and ERP fixed asset modules is preferred. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables), and good communication abilities to collaborate across

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• At least 2 years of hands-on fixed asset processing, reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre or Finance department preferred.
• Familiar with IFRS 16 lease accounting.
• Proficient in Excel for data manipulation (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with ERP fixed asset modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle fixed asset processing and reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing processes.
• Assist in asset tracking and depreciation calculations.

This is Direct Hire to our client

The salary range on this post is NOT the actual Budget of our client. Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management. They may still negotiate you.

Specific Position-Title of this post is : Fixed Asset Analyst

• Willing to work on any shift assigned / shifting schedule especially Midshift schedule: 2shift starts usually around 2PM/3PM/4PM (as we are still verifying the details; but we prefer candidates who can work on any shift/shifting especially Midshift)
• Willing to work on a HYBRID SET UP in Paranaque until DECEMBER 2026 & BGC, TAGUIG starting JAN 2027 (company will relocate) with 2-3 days RTO/onsite/week
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in an accounting
• at least 2 years of hands-on in fixed asset processing, account reconciliation, Month-end closing
• Working experience within a Shared Service Centre or Finance department.
• Understanding of fixed asset accounting principles from study or work experience.
• Has experience in using ERP fixed asset modules preferred.
• Preferably with experience with IFRS 16 lease accounting.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, data validation).
• Experience in a gaming, payments, or fintech environment preferred
• Good communication skills
