Lead and supervise the general ledger accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
Collaborate with management to gather, analyze, and report financial information to support business decisions.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and budget reports in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Monitor and evaluate cost structures and revenue streams to optimize financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct financial forecasting and risk modeling to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Ensure financial processes are properly documented and followed in accordance with internal controls and industry best practices.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA) or a related field
