Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the general ledger accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with management to gather, analyze, and report financial information to support business decisions.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and budget reports in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and evaluate cost structures and revenue streams to optimize financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct financial forecasting and risk modeling to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure financial processes are properly documented and followed in accordance with internal controls and industry best practices.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Prepare progress and performance reports and present recommendations to management to improve efficiency and financial outcomes.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to financial management.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA) or a related field

Licensure

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred

Experience

• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in general accounting or financial reporting
