• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for supervising daily accounting functions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and develop accounting team members to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and support business operations.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and ensure company compliance.

Qualifications
