Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax compliance, payroll processing, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations.
• Practical experience in Accounts Receivable, sales reporting, and revenue reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict tax filing, payroll, and financial reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including tax calculations, preparation and filing of returns, tax books, and supporting schedules.
• Handle full-cycle payroll processing, including salary computations, government-mandated benefits, tax withholdings, and remittances.
• Perform tax, payroll, bank, and general ledger reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Record daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and maintain books using Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, sales reporting, and revenue reconciliations as needed.
• Assist with month-end closing, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline tax, payroll, and general accounting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support on finance-related projects and other accounting activities.
