Job summary

Pencil seeks a Platform Architect for GenAI-driven creative workflows. You design, build, and govern agents, prompts, and scalable systems that connect insight, concept, copy, imagery, and video into repeatable production pipelines.

You will collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Directors, translating creative briefs into robust technical plans, while advancing the technical roadmap and ensuring quality and governance across brands and markets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of advertising creative development experience.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and related design tools.
• Strong written English and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements.
• Design and govern production-grade prompts, workflows, and agents.
• Lead enablement through training, playbooks, and guides for teams.
• Evaluate new AI models and architectures to improve scalability and quality.
