IL MAKIAGE is seeking a Gen-AI Creative Specialist (Remote Contractor) to lead how generative AI integrates into performance creative. You design, edit, and animate short-form video ads for paid social, translating briefs and storyboards into production-ready assets that drive measurable results.

You will collaborate with marketing managers to understand objectives, develop Gen-AI workflows, and raise the editing team’s skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of video editing and motion graphics experience for paid social advertising.
• Demonstrated, current experience with Gen-AI video and image tools and a shipped portfolio.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects (required).

Responsibilities

• Design, edit and animate short-form video ads optimized for paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing managers to align with campaign objectives and insights.
• Develop production-ready assets using Gen-AI tools and establish AI as an asset source.
• Establish quality standards and guardrails for AI-assisted work to meet high quality bar.
• Lead training and documentation to elevate the team’s Gen-AI capabilities.
