Job summary

Empresa Confidencial seeks a highly creative and autonomous Creative IA Designer to lead the development of innovative visual content by integrating Generative AI with design expertise and efficient production workflows.

You will own projects from briefing to final delivery, collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, mentor teammates, and champion AI-driven creative processes across multiple channels and markets. Strong portfolio and Advanced English communication required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Creative Production, or related disciplines.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and AI-enhanced creative workflows.
• Strong portfolio across digital, social, and marketing content.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of AI-powered design platforms and emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, imagery, and visual storytelling.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Passion for innovation and staying current with trends in design and AI.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual content across digital, social, and marketing channels using Generative AI.
• Develop scalable creative solutions that improve production efficiency while preserving brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Lead projects from briefing to final delivery, ensuring timelines and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and communicate progress.
• Ensure outputs comply with brand guidelines and AI governance policies.
• Lead prompt development, AI asset generation, refinement, and final artwork production.
• Mentor team members in AI-powered creative workflows and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative creative solutions across markets and channels.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work.
