This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Gen AI Video & Motion Designer based in Mexico.

Join a global creative environment where traditional video craft meets emerging generative AI technology.

You’ll lead the production of high-quality video content across client accounts, from initial briefs and storyboards through final delivery.

The role combines video editing, motion design, storytelling, performance marketing, and hands-on Gen AI production.

You’ll create scalable content for paid media, social, and digital platforms while adapting assets across markets, audiences, languages, and formats.

A major focus will be building repeatable workflows, templates, and automation that increase production capacity without compromising creative quality.

You’ll also help establish best practices for Gen AI video production and support other creatives in adopting new tools and workflows.

Success means delivering polished, brand-safe content while raising the creative and technical standard for AI-powered video production.

Accountabilities:

• Develop compelling video concepts and storyboards based on creative briefs, audience insights, brand requirements, and performance objectives.


• Edit and produce video content across formats, ranging from hero creative assets to short-form paid social content and six-second cuts.


• Create and integrate generative AI video using techniques such as text-to-video, image-to-video, generative extension, scene creation, object removal, outpainting, and other AI-assisted production methods.


• Combine AI-generated material with traditional footage and professional post-production techniques to deliver seamless, polished final assets.


• Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, lower thirds, end frames, and other branded visual elements.


• Adapt and version video content for different platforms, markets, languages, audiences, and aspect ratios while maintaining creative consistency.


• Develop scalable production workflows, templates, and automation processes that increase video production efficiency and enable high-volume creative variation.


• Maintain prompt libraries, references, presets, and other systems that support consistent and repeatable Gen AI outputs.


• Review final content against creative, technical, brand, and platform standards, identifying and correcting AI artefacts, continuity problems, and inconsistencies.


• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, Designers, and other members of a global creative organization.


• Incorporate performance insights and audience behavior into creative decisions, future concepts, and optimization strategies.


• Share knowledge and help upskill other designers in Gen AI video tools, production techniques, and scalable workflows.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative work.


• At least 2 years of hands-on experience using generative AI video tools in real-world production environments.


• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating professional Gen AI video work is mandatory; candidates without relevant Gen AI video examples will not be considered.


• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.


• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or an equivalent video editing and color-grading platform.


• Strong storytelling, visual communication, and storyboarding abilities, with the ability to translate briefs into compelling video concepts.


• Experience producing video for performance marketing, paid media, social media, or digital advertising environments.


• Proven ability to produce high volumes of video variations and adapt creative for different platforms, markets, audiences, and formats.


• Strong technical understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, codecs, compression, and digital platform specifications.


• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when reviewing AI-generated content for visual artefacts, continuity, consistency, and brand safety.


• Ability to clearly explain and confidently defend creative decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.


• Experience with ComfyUI, Figma Weave, or other node-based AI workflows is a strong advantage.


• Scripting or automation experience with Python, JavaScript, ExtendScript, or similar technologies is desirable.


• Knowledge of LoRAs, ControlNet, fine-tuning, or other techniques for maintaining consistency in AI-generated content is a plus.


• Experience with creative automation, dynamic video templating, advanced Figma, or 3D/virtual production tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Unreal Engine is beneficial.


• Understanding of AI content provenance, licensing, synthetic likeness, and brand-safety considerations is an additional advantage.
