Job summary

Hellmann Shared Service Center Inc. in the Philippines seeks a GBS Finance & Accounting Manager to lead end-to-end finance activities, ensure accuracy and compliance, and partner with regional and global stakeholders. The role combines operational ownership with tax governance and month-end reporting.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, 5+ years in finance with 2+ years in leadership, and ERP/Power BI experience. You will drive controls, data reliability and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years in finance and accounting with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in Philippine statutory accounting, BIR tax, and audits.
• Experience in shared services or multinational environments is ideal.
• Proficient with ERP-based accounting, Excel and Power BI; automation skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance operations, including AP/AR, cash, payroll, and expenses.
• Drive month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting accuracy.
• Oversee statutory payments, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate external audits and transfer-pricing documentation.
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions and actions.
• Develop and lead the Finance & Accounting team; manage capacity and succession.
