Job summary

Hellmann Shared Service Center Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant finance and accounting services.

You will lead end-to-end operations, month-end close, tax compliance and planning, and partner with regional stakeholders to drive robust controls and scalable processes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related discipline
• Active Philippine CPA licence strongly preferred
• At least 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, incl. 2 years in leadership
• Experience in Philippine statutory accounting and BIR tax compliance
• Audit coordination and month-end close experience
• Experience in shared service center or multinational environment preferred
• ERP-based accounting, advanced Excel and management reporting tools advantageous
• Experience improving controls and implementing automation is desirable

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end control and quality of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, bank, payroll accounting, employee expense and petty cash activities
• Oversee vendor creation with Master Data Management, invoice postings and reconciliations
• Ensure payments and FX transactions follow authorized controls and approvals
• Lead monthly close and financial reporting with reconciliations, journals and accruals
• Coordinate statutory payments, PEZA reporting and tax mappings with advisers
• Drive process improvements using finance systems and 365 tools
• Lead, coach and develop the Finance & Accounting team and manage stakeholder expectations
