Qualifications

• Mine and analyze data across multiple databases to support process optimization and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain timely, accurate, and actionable reports that identify trends, opportunities, and business performance indicators.
• Support daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc business reviews using operational metrics and reporting tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, data collection strategies, and innovative analytical solutions.
• Maintain data quality, governance standards, incident management processes, and business intelligence reporting activities.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Working knowledge of SAP, Siebel, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications is preferred

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams
