Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Reports Analyst to design, develop, and deliver accurate reports and dashboards. You will analyze data from multiple sources, validate data integrity, and support strategic decision-making while partnering with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities include producing recurring and ad hoc reports, driving automation, and refining reporting processes to improve business performance. The role requires a degree and hands-on BI experience.

Overview:
The Reports Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports that support business operations and strategic decision-making. You will analyze data from multiple sources, develop reporting solutions and dashboards, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet reporting requirements. This role also ensures data integrity, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and contributes to automation and reporting enhancements.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Gather, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external systems.
• Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive reports while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with Service Delivery Managers, Business Support Managers, Account Teams, and customers to understand reporting requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of relevant work experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
• Knowledge of data visualization, dashboard development, data validation, and statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SQL, VBA, Python, R, Tableau, Project Management, or Six Sigma Greenbelt is an advantage.
