Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a Coordinator – Gaming Promoter Relations to assist in processing service requests from Junket Operators and to document all Junket Runners. You will support the Assistant Manager and Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth event service for both fixed and casual junkets.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory customer service experience, strong English skills, and multilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English, written and oral.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrates good organizational and motivational skills.
• Good communication abilities and reading/writing/speaking English.
• Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai or other languages required.
• MS Office proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily requests or issues from Junket Operators
• Manage and service Casual Junket’s patrons
• Coordinate with Service team on new patron sign ups for fixed/casual junkets
• Provide service to fixed/casual junket’s events
• Attends to junket operators' requests
• Coordinate with Departments to process junket runners' manifest and documents
• Perform other duties as prescribed by Management
