Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Payments Fraud Analyst to monitor and analyze payment transactions, implement real-time fraud detection, and ensure secure processing of deposits and withdrawals. You will conduct in-depth investigations and generate regular reports on trends and mitigation efforts.

The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of cryptocurrency transactions, and proficiency in fraud-detection tools and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze payment transactions to identify suspicious activity or potential fraud.
• Implement real-time fraud detection tools and systems to identify proactively and mitigate risks.
• Review transactions to look for red flags or indication of suspected fraud, such as transactions that exceed the preset limits or transactions with unusual patterns.
• Conduct in depth investigations into suspicious transactions accounts or patterns.
• Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and measures.
• Handle payment processing operations ensuring timely and accurate handling of deposits and withdrawals.
• Work closely with payment service providers to optimize processes and resolve any payment related issues.
• Monitor deposits processors, withdrawals, and failed transactions.
• Generate regular reports on payment trends fraud incidents and mitigation efforts.
• Conduct risk assessments related to payment processing and fraud prevention and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate identified risks.
