Job summary

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented risk analyst to help influence technology enhancements related to risk and fraud.

You will work with stakeholders across business units to drive security improvements and manage risk initiatives. The role requires a BA or equivalent, 3 years in an analytical role, strong communication, and the ability to lead, prioritize, and present findings.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience in an analytical role.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail.

• Ability to host and/or attend off-hours calls as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of business operations to influence stakeholders on risk and fraud enhancements.
• Drive security improvements by partnering with stakeholders across business units.
• Manage projects with progress updates and remedies for hurdles.
• Educate stakeholders on risks of not implementing fraud enhancements and follow up with each unit.
• Provide non-traditional risk monitoring and investigative services, including off-hours support.
• Assist stakeholders in prioritizing risk mitigation activities.
• Act as SME on worldwide risk processes and best practices.
• Communicate ideas, case studies, and proposals effectively to impacted parties.
• Work to centralize risk mitigation across systems, regions, and centers.
• Attend industry conferences and training courses as assigned.
