Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales roles within the FX & CFDs industry.
• Good understanding of trading platforms and core FX & CFDs products.
• Proven ability to acquire new IBs/partners and manage client portfolios.
• Familiarity with partner programs, spreads, rebates, and trading promotions.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.
• Proficiency in English communication is a MUST.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners.
• Maintain and grow existing IB and client relationships through engagement.
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and trading volume KPIs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales progress.
• Ensure onboarding compliance with regulatory standards.
