Job summary

Our Clients in Davao City is seeking a Forex Account Officer for a hybrid role. You will proactively identify, generate, and convert new FX leads, presenting and selling FX products to clients while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will manage client relationships and collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Treasury to deliver seamless service. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in banking/FX sales, with strong communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in banking, FX operations, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange mechanics and regulatory standards.
• Proven track record in lead generation, consultative selling, and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and convert new lead opportunities to drive FX sales.
• Present, promote, and sell FX products and services to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, structure terms, and book transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory requirements.
