Our Clients in the Philippines is seeking a Forex Account Officer to drive growth across foreign exchange accounts. The role blends sales with product knowledge, requiring proactive lead generation, client acquisition, and the presentation of comprehensive FX solutions.

You'll coordinate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury to ensure seamless service delivery, maintain AML compliance, and report on pipeline activity and market trends while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in banking/FX or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange transaction mechanics and regulatory standards.
• Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Identify and convert new FX account leads to grow sales.
• Present and sell FX products to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms; book trades accurately.
• Ensure AML and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through account management.
• Track sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
• Conduct product presentations and client education.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury for seamless service delivery.
