Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a Forex Account Officer in Davao for a hybrid, Monday to Friday dayshift role. You will drive growth by identifying and converting new FX leads, presenting FX products, and negotiating terms, while ensuring AML/compliance and high service levels.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics, at least 2 years of sales in banking or FX, strong understanding of FX mechanics, and proven ability to generate leads, manage accounts, and use CRM tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of Sales experience in banking, commercial FX operations, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange transaction mechanics, financial products, and regulatory standards.
• Proven track record in lead generation, consultative selling, client acquisition, and account management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in handling CRM tools, spreadsheet software, and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, generate, and convert new lead opportunities while driving sales growth across assigned FX accounts.
• Present, promote, and sell comprehensive FX products and financial services to clients.
• Negotiate competitive FX pricing, structure favorable trade terms, and execute transaction bookings accurately.
• Ensure full compliance with AML standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through dedicated account management and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
• Conduct product presentations and educational sessions for clients and partners.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury to ensure seamless service delivery.
