Job summary

Our Clients in Cebu City is seeking a Forex Account Officer for a hybrid role with dayshift. The position focuses on proactively growing FX accounts, presenting FX products, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of FX sales experience, strong client-facing skills, and solid knowledge of regulatory standards. A bachelor’s degree in business-related fields is preferred, with proficiency in CRM tools and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of Sales experience in banking, commercial FX operations, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of FX transaction mechanics, financial products, and regulatory standards.
• Proven track record in lead generation, consultative selling, client acquisition, and account management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools, spreadsheet software, and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, generate, and convert new lead opportunities while driving sales growth across assigned FX accounts.
• Present, promote, and sell comprehensive FX products and financial services to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, structure trade terms, and execute transaction bookings accurately.
• Ensure compliance with AML, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through account management and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends for management.
• Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to drive awareness and adoption.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury to ensure smooth service delivery.
