Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Foreign Exchange Account Officer in Davao City to drive growth by managing assigned client accounts and promoting the company’s FX products and services. The role focuses on providing competitive FX pricing, facilitating transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The position collaborates with internal departments to ensure efficient processing, excellent service, and achievement of sales targets in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience in Foreign Exchange, Treasury, or banking products is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve targets.
• Identify new leads and opportunities through referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present, promote, and sell FX products and services based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper FX processing and timely transactions.
• Monitor sales pipelines and follow up on opportunities and client inquiries.
