Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in banking, FX, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of FX mechanics, financial products, and regulatory standards.
• Proven track record in lead generation, consultative selling, client acquisition, and account management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new lead opportunities to drive sales growth across FX accounts.
• Present, promote, and sell comprehensive FX products and services to clients.
• Negotiate competitive FX pricing, structure trade terms, and book transactions accurately.
• Ensure AML and regulatory compliance with internal policies and national standards.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through dedicated account management and service.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends for management.
• Conduct product presentations and educational sessions for clients and partners.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury for seamless service delivery.
