Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Sales Account Officer - Foreign Exchange based in Makati City. The role focuses on building client relationships, growing FX portfolios, and expanding the company’s FX footprint.

You will manage a portfolio, identify cross-sell opportunities, and present FX solutions, while coordinating with operations, compliance, and risk teams to ensure smooth transactions and strong client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally within banking/FX.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients at all levels.
• Solid negotiation skills with pricing and numbers.
• Good understanding of FX products and regulatory requirements.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts.
• Team player able to coordinate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of client accounts, understanding FX needs and business goals.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to grow revenue.
• Review account activity to spot trends and risks and adjust pricing as needed.
• Prospect for new clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads and convert them into revenue-generating accounts.
• Present FX products clearly and tailor pitches to client needs.
• Negotiate FX rates balancing pricing with margins.
• Process and book client orders accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with settlements/operations to ensure smooth settlement.
• Support due diligence and KYC for clients; escalate red flags.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and client relationship management.
• Track sales performance and prepare management reports.
• Participate in product training and stay updated on FX offerings.
