Job summary

Zohorecruit is hiring an Assistant Country Manager PH for a leading Health & Beauty E-commerce portfolio. Based in Bulacan, Philippines, you will drive the E-commerce P&L, oversee local operations and supply chain, and partner with Malaysia HQ to scale business in the region.

You will design and execute business development strategies across online and offline channels, manage key accounts and distributors, and lead market expansion efforts to hit revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or E-commerce, preferably skincare/beauty.
• Proven track record scaling brands on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English (mandatory) for HQ communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual e-commerce sales targets across marketplaces, social commerce and D2C.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize ROAS, CPA and retention metrics.
• Develop live commerce strategies for TikTok/Shopee and manage KOC/KOL relations.
• Build and implement sales strategies for multiple distribution channels and optimize channel performance.
