Qualifications

• Expert-level HubSpot administration is mandatory, with inbound certifications preferred.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end funnels, pages, and sequence logic.
• Proven history deploying profitable PPC campaigns with data-backed optimization.
• Experience as Marketing Manager, Team Lead, or senior campaign strategist.
• Familiarity with US real estate lead-gen tactics is a plus.
• Strong project organization, analytics, and English presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• HubSpot architecture: design, clean, and optimize system workflows and CRM pipelines.
• Build and test high-converting funnels, landing pages, and page structure.
• Develop automated drip campaigns and triggered SMS sequences.
• Launch and scale PPC campaigns across Google/Meta networks.
• Direct the marketing calendar, review KPI dashboards, and ROI data.
