Job summary

Huzzle.com is seeking a high-level Performance Marketing & Creative Strategist to own the full conversion journey for diverse client accounts. You will diagnose why campaigns succeed or fail, guiding creative and funnel enhancements to win.

A seasoned Meta Ads expert with a pulse on psychology and data patterns will lead our high-growth team. You will drive strategy across paid media, creative direction, and funnel optimization, delivering measurable improvements in lead quality and conversions

Qualifications

• Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Extensive expertise in Meta Ads focused on lead generation.
• Strong results showing reduced CPA and increased revenue through funnel optimization.
• Deep understanding of direct response marketing and customer psychology.
• Experience writing creative briefs and directing ad asset production.
• Proficiency in analyzing the full customer journey including landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive audits of Meta Ads accounts to diagnose performance bottlenecks.
• Develop comprehensive creative strategies and write detailed briefs for production teams and editors.
• Optimize lead generation funnels from ad click to booked appointment.
• Build and manage testing roadmaps for continuous performance improvement.
• Analyze data to identify patterns in lead quality and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page aesthetics and conversion architecture.
• Proactively create recovery plans for underperforming accounts and scale winning campaigns.
