Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a Manager of Marketing Automation to lead ideation, execution, optimization, and measurement of automation initiatives from a homebased setup in the Philippines. The role focuses on email marketing, lead generation and nurturing, lead scoring, campaign performance, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven experience in marketing automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Marketing automation platform certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and fully leverage the capabilities of the company's marketing automation platform.
• Develop and execute email, SMS, and contact strategy marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Manage lead lifecycle processes, including lead generation, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
• Maintain integrations between marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, and support the integration of additional platforms.
• Work with management to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and campaign performance metrics.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance, conversion rates, ROI, and sales growth.
• Plan and execute A/B testing across campaigns, messaging, calls-to-action, and other strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously research and implement current marketing automation best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
• Support marketing operations initiatives across HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, and other client platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are implemented effectively and aligned with business objectives.
• Take ownership of the productivity, quality, and effectiveness of marketing automation initiatives.
