Qualifications

• 2+ years in asset management operations, wealth management operations, or investment banking operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams and delivering against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new account onboarding activities for investment accounts and required setup documentation.
• Manage account lifecycle events such as mergers, liquidations, closures, in-specie transfers, and custody changes.
• Drive projects supporting investment and operational solutions for new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain project plans, process flows, and runbooks translating business requirements into deliverables.
• Schedule, lead, and document regular stakeholder meetings; track actions across concurrent workstreams.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Escalate issues timely and support root cause analysis and resolution tracking.
• Develop, review, and maintain functional procedures and project management tools.
• Review outcomes and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and ways of working.
