Qualifications

• 5 years in fund services, fund administration oversight, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting for pooled funds.
• Experience with registered funds and private fund structures (mutual funds, ETFs, etc.).
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; familiarity with regulatory reporting.
• Understanding NAV, custody, valuation, and fund taxation concepts.
• Ability to translate risks into practical oversight checks and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external fund administration vendors to meet service levels, controls, and quality standards.
• Coordinate financial reporting cycles, disclosures, and governance deliverables.
• Plan and track audit activities with vendors and auditors.
• Review fund financial statements and respond to audit inquiries with timely documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory filings (N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR) for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare governance materials for fund governance forums.
• Maintain oversight documentation and procedures to support governance expectations.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistent oversight across time zones.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities for reporting and oversight.
