Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a capable Fund Accountant to join our hybrid team in Pasay. You will support closed-end fund accounting with a focus on capital calls, distributions, and comprehensive financial reporting.

Your role includes LP communications, audit support, and ensuring accurate, timely financials. You should have 2+ years of accounting experience and a degree in accounting or finance, plus knowledge of Limited Partnerships and strong Excel/Investran skills.

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
• You have over a year of closed-end fund accounting experience.
• You have an accounting or finance degree.
• You understand Limited Partnership Agreements.
• You communicate information in a timely and effective manner to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with capital calls and distributions.
• Provide audit and tax support as needed.
• Support pre/post close processes and financial close activities.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage LP communications and reporting transparency.
