Job summary

Infinit-O Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate for Client Admin responsibilities within Investment/Asset/Wealth management. You will prepare, review, and complete deliverables with high accuracy and within deadlines, coordinating with offshore and onshore teams.

You will handle client communications, reconciliations, documentation, and escalation as needed. Strong relationship management, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investment/asset management, wealth management, or private banking.
• Strong client relationship management capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and complete deliverables accurately within set timeframes.
• Ensure checklist deliverables are completed by deadlines.
• Coordinate offshore and onshore handoffs per procedures.
• Manage client communications and maintain records per SOPs.
• Monitor and prioritize client requests with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle high volume of email queries and prioritize effectively.
• Escalate issues promptly to supervisors and counterparts.
• Support onboarding of transition processes and projects.
• Assist associates’ technical development through process training.
• Participate in process reviews and maintain documentation.
