Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with leadership exposure.
• 1-3 years of supervisory or team-lead responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute processes and procedures.
• Establish and manage achievement of KPIs.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve processes to ensure high-quality service.
• Perform daily and monthly audits of work processes.
• Coach and train team members to deliver excellent service.
• Provide reports and assist in hiring, selection and training.
