Responsibilities

• Understand and prioritize client needs while scaling CFO services.
• Provide capital calls and distributions, audit/tax support, pre/post close services, and quarterly/annual financials.
• Coordinate Limited Partner communications and bring transparency to founders, VCs, and LPs.
• Establish and execute processes and procedures; manage KPIs.
• Monitor and audit daily and monthly work processes; ensure high-quality service.
• Assist in hiring, selection and training of new team members.
