Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Senior Associate – Fund Accounting to join onsite at GSC Corporate Tower, BGC. The role focuses on NAV preparation, data management, and client reporting within FS policies. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate fund administration.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of related experience, graduate of 4-year Accountancy/Finance, and the ability to work autonomously or in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-year course in Accountancy/Finance.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Excel with strong data handling.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare low to medium complexity NAV packages per FS policies.
• Ensure proprietary database is completed with accurate data at client take-on.
• Liaise with investment managers, prime brokers, custodians for transaction processing and NAV prep.
• Data entry for new client and fund setups; data management for fund closures.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Process fees in billing system and prepare invoices; assist revenue reporting.
