Infinit-O Group is seeking a skilled fund accounting professional in Pasay to manage NAV calculations, partner allocations, and PE fund operations. You will reconcile across multiple custodians and banks, and drive efficiencies across month-end close.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in fund accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with PE structures. A CPA/CFA/CAIA path is a plus but not required. The role emphasizes accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in fund accounting, with a private equity focus.
• Experience improving workflows, cleaning legacy spreadsheets, or adopting new software modules.
• Strong organizational skills with reliable monthly/quarterly closings.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables); knowledge of fund systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CFA/CAIA progress is a plus but not required.
• Curious mindset to improve efficiency and ensure accurate financials.

Responsabilités

• Prepare end-to-end NAV calculations with reconciliations against fund administrators and banks.
• Calculate and track partner allocations; review statements and capital/debt records.
• Process capital calls, drawdowns, distributions; apply waterfall models and carried interest.
• Lead month-end close and ensure audit-ready schedules and trial balances.
• Review daily workflows to identify bottlenecks and risks; optimize processes.
• Collaborate to design SOPs and automate routine tasks for speed and accuracy.
