Job summary

Infinit-O, based in Pasay, Philippines, seeks a skilled Fund Accountant to join its Private Equity accounting team handling NAV calculations, reconciliations, and daily fund operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in fund accounting with Private Equity exposure, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Geneva or similar systems. You will lead month-end close and drive workflow improvements to ensure audit-ready financials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fund accounting or fund administration experience, with Private Equity exposure.
• Experience processing capital calls, waterfalls, and bank reconciliations.
• Ability to improve workflows and modernize accounting processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet monthly/quarterly close deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CFA/CAIA progress viewed favorably.

Responsibilities

• Prepare end-to-end NAV calculations and reconcile cash, positions, and trial balances with fund administrators, custodians, prime brokers, and banks.
• Compute and monitor partner allocations for income, expenses, gains, and losses; maintain records of paid-in capital.
• Process capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, and apply waterfall models, distribution rules, and carried interest calculations.
• Support pre- and post-closing operations for fund investments.
• Lead month-end close workflows and review quarter- and year-end financial statements for audit readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks in day-to-day workflows and design SOPs to boost data accuracy and delivery speed.
