Job summary

The ideal candidate has a accounting/finance background with 1+ year experience in hedge funds or financial services, and strong data accuracy and communication skills to collaborate globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• 1 year of hedge funds or private equity experience, or 1–3 years in Financial Services.
• Proven ability to manage financial data, data entry, and transaction processing.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams, custodians, auditors, and investment managers.
• Attention to detail for billing systems, invoices, and revenue reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NAV packages per MaplesFS policies and procedures.
• Liaise with global internal and external parties to facilitate transaction processing and data queries.
• Manage client data entry for new setups, fund closures, and terminations; handle fee processing and invoicing.
• Analyze operational data to complete monthly revenue accrual reports and KPI reporting.
