The Maples Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Associate for Fund Accounting focused on hedge funds. You will prepare NAV packages, liaise with investment managers, auditors, and custodians, and contribute to monthly revenue accruals and client reporting.

This role demands strong data accuracy, Excel skills, and proactive collaboration across global teams. Initial onsite work for the first three months is required, after which a hybrid arrangement with some remote work will apply, subject to

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English.
• Proactive, self-starter and detail-oriented.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsabilités

• Preparing low to medium complexity NAV packages in accordance with MaplesFS policies and procedures.
• Ensure the proprietary database is completed with accurate data by the take-on point of the client.
• Liaison with internal and external parties, such as investment managers, prime brokers and custodians in relation to trading activities as required for transaction processing and NAV preparation.
• Liaison with auditors to provide requested information and respond to queries, if required.
• Data entry for new client and fund setups
• Data management for fund closures and client terminations
• Liaising with other functions of the company across the globe, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
• Fee processing management – including booking of fees in the billing system and preparation of invoices
• Completion of monthly revenue accrual reports
• Retrieving data and performing data analysis for management/client reporting
• Preparation of Management Reporting including KPIs, Accounts Receivable, Profitability
