We are seeking a Research and Development Associate with a passion for food innovation, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of flavor, texture and consistency, who can support product development, conduct trials, and improve product quality.

The Research and Development Associate supports product innovation and technology activities, including product test and profile, documentation, research and trials to help launch new products, enhance existing products, and evaluate raw and packaging materials. This role also assists in monitoring food and packaging cost, coordinating quality control activities.

Key responsibilities include supporting new product development through formulation, prototyping and product testing; evaluating raw and packaging materials; improving product quality, consistency, and cost efficiency; coordinating quality testing and certification; and maintaining technical documentation and product specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in BS Food Technology, Food Science or any related field, with experience and knowledge in regulatory and food safety standards. Access to a reliable computer and internet connection is also necessary.

The position is for the Marilao, Bulacan area.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in BS Food Technology, Food Science or any related field
• Professional Food Technologist license is an advantage but not required

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

• Detail-oriented in evaluating taste, consistency, creative, and eager to learn
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
• Knowledge in regulatory and food safety standards is a plus
• Passionate about food and food preparation
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Odoo software, Inventory Management system.
