NCP in Bulacan seeks a Research and Development Associate with a passion for food innovation to support product development, conduct trials, and improve quality. The role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of flavor, texture and consistency.

Responsibilities include formulation, prototyping, testing, evaluating raw and packaging materials, maintaining documentation, and coordinating quality testing and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BS Food Technology, Food Science or related field
• Professional Food Technologist license is an advantage but not required
• Access to a reliable computer and internet connection

Responsabilités

• Support new product development through formulation, prototyping and product testing
• Evaluate raw and packaging materials
• Improve product quality, consistency, and cost efficiency
• Coordinate quality testing and certification
• Maintain technical documentation and product specifications
