Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in full‑stack software development.
- Strong frontend skills building responsive SPA using React.
- Backend development with Python and FastAPI.
- Experience building and consuming APIs with JSON data structures.
- Relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite).
- Experience or understanding of AI integrations, specifically vector embeddings.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in deployment.
- CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining end‑to‑end software solutions across both front‑end and back‑end layers. Working as part of a distributed Agile team, this role delivers secure, reliable, and user‑friendly applications and system integrations that support business process improvement and automation initiatives.
The role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, translating business and technical requirements into high‑quality code, while following architectural standards and development practices set by the broader IT team.
- Work in an AI-driven development environment to design, build, and maintain responsive, cross-platform application features.
- Develop robust server-side logic, high-performance APIs and offline-first capabilities.
- Ensure business rules and workflows are correctly implemented in code.
- Build and consume APIs to integrate applications with enterprise systems
- Support data exchange, validation, and transformation between systems.
- Follow approved integration patterns and security requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, well structured code.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools, specifically Claude Code, to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and peer-checking workflows.
- Develop unit and integration tests for all new features
- Participate in code reviews and refactoring activities
- Build solutions that are performant, scalable, and stable
- Implement appropriate error handling, logging, and monitoring
- Assist with diagnosing, resolving bugs, and addressing performance or reliability issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with onshore team members across time zones
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly and early
- Work with analysts and architects to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Follow development standards, secure coding practices, and IT governance requirements
- Implement authentication, authorisation, and data protection controls as required
- Ensure vulnerabilities and security findings are addressed promptly
- Assist with troubleshooting during development, testing, and post release support
- Contribute to technical documentation to support maintainability and knowledge transfer
- Stay current with relevant tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Proactively suggest improvements to solutions and development practices
- 3+ years’ experience in full‑stack software development
- Strong frontend skills building responsive Single Page Applications (SPA) using React
- Back‑end development experience using Python and FastAPI
- Experience building and consuming APIs, with strong proficiency in JSON data structures and rules
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (including PostgreSQL, SQLite).
- Experience or strong conceptual understanding of AI integrations, specifically utilizing vector embeddings.
- Considered as a plus: Knowledge of Graph Databases
- Experience deploying, hosting, and managing applications within the Azure cloud ecosystem.
- Working knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with version control and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Experience integrating applications with external systems and services
- Highly Regarded: Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform, or advanced DevOps practices.
- Strong focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability
- Proficiency in utilizing AI coding agents (like Claude Code) for testing and code validation.
- Proven ability to debug and resolve issues across the full stack
- Understanding of Agile development practices and tooling
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working in a distributed, remote team\\
- Proactive communicator who asks questions and raises risks early.

- Comfortable working across front‑end and back‑end tasks as priorities shift
