Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks an E-commerce & Website Manager to lead 21 WordPress websites, currently including seven e-commerce and 14 brand-focused sites, with potential to expand. You will update content, manage WooCommerce catalogues and promotions, and coordinate with external developers and the Australian team.

Key responsibilities include analytics, SEO improvements, and driving online revenue. Strong English, ability to collaborate across time zones, and experience with GA4 & GSC

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement initiatives to grow online revenue across Mayo Hardware’s transactional websites.
  • Monitor the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, average order value and cart completion.
  • Manage online promotions, discount codes, product bundles, free-gift offers, cross-sells and upsells.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to website navigation, product discovery, merchandising and checkout.
  • Support promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal sales activity.
  • Monitor product, category and campaign performance and recommend actions based on results.
  • Conduct regular competitor and e-commerce best-practice reviews.

Job Description

The role requires strong experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, GA4 and Google Search Console. The E-commerce & Website Manager will work closely with the Australian marketing team, graphic designers, external websitedevelopersand other business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement initiatives to grow online revenue across Mayo Hardware’s transactional websites.

  • Monitor the customer journey andidentifyopportunities to improve conversion rates, average ordervalueand cart completion.

Website portfolio management
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of 21 WordPress websites,currently inclusive ofsevene-commerce and14brand-focused siteswith the potential to expand the portfolio of e-commerce websites in the future.

  • Update website content, landing pages, banners, product information, pricing,promotionsand campaign assets.

  • Build and update pages using existing WordPress themes and page builders.

  • Manage WooCommerce product catalogues, categories, attributes, variations,couponsand promotional configurations.

  • Coordinate website enhancements, integrations and technical changes with external developers and internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular website checks toidentifybroken links, display issues, outdatedcontentand functionality problems.

  • Ensure websites are responsive, accessible,accurateand consistent with brand guidelines.

  • Maintainappropriate websitebackups, pluginupdatesand security practices in coordination with the development agency.

  • Document website processes, configurations,integrationsand recurring maintenance requirements.

Analytics,reportingand tracking
  • Manage and maintain GA4 and Google Search Console across the website portfolio.

  • Develop dashboards and regular reports covering traffic, revenue, conversion rate, average order value, acquisitionchannelsand customer behaviour.

  • Analyse performance and translate the findings into clear, commercially focused recommendations.

  • Ensure key e-commerce events and conversions are tracked accurately.

  • Investigate discrepancies between WooCommerce, GA4 and other reporting platforms.

  • Monitor website indexing, search visibility, crawlerrorsand technical SEO issues.

  • Work with developers to implement and verify tracking requirements.

  • Assist with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and other advertising or remarketing tags whererequired.

  • Maintain consistent naming conventions and measurement standards across websites and campaigns.

SEO/AEO/GEOand website performance
  • Implement on-page SEO,AEOand GEOimprovements, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, imageoptimisationand structured content.

  • Use Google Search Console and other available tools toidentifyopportunities to improve organic traffic.

  • Support content development designed to improve search visibility, answer-engineoptimisationand customer engagement.

  • Monitor website speed, Core Web Vitals, mobileperformanceand other technical performance indicators.

  • Coordinate technical SEO, AEO and GEOand performance improvements with external developers.

  • Ensure redirects, URLs and website migrations are managed correctly.

Stakeholder and agency coordination
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communicationsteamto prioritise website and e-commerce activity.

  • Collaborate withcustomer service,IT,product,salesand marketing team members to deliveraccurateandtimelywebsite updates.

  • Brief graphic designers on website creative requirements and ensure assets are implemented correctly.

  • Manage website support requests and follow up with external developers until issues are resolved.

  • Communicate progress, risks,prioritiesand results clearly to stakeholders.

  • Maintain an organised workflow for website requests,projectsand approvals.

  • Availability for regular working-hour overlap with the Sydney team.

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.

  • Experience implementing or troubleshooting Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.

  • Familiarity with Meta advertising and campaign measurement.
