• Native Spanish, fluent business English for cross-border communication.

• Strong sourcing, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle multiple open requisitions under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment independently: posting, sourcing, screening, outreach, interviews, offers, onboarding prep.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates; build long-term pipelines for commercial teams.
• Align with hiring managers to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
• Maintain candidate database; track recruitment KPIs; compile regular reports.
• Deliver a good candidate experience and support basic employer branding in communications.
• Understand Mexico's local talent market to adjust sourcing channels and strategies.
