Qualifications

• 2–3 years of solid experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to run structured interviews.
• Good attention to detail and experience using recruitment software or ATS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone screens, structured interviews, and behavioral assessments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for applicants and provide timely updates.
• Manage the complete hiring cycle from posting jobs to extending offers.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager to review job requirements and candidate evaluations.
